The Russian model was one of the beautiful women who were invited to help celebrate Fawaz Gruosi's birthday party in Sardinia, Italy on Thursday night.

Irina, 27, stunned as she kept to the white dress code, turning up in a white figure hugging frock with billowing sleeves.

She accessorised with cute earrings and her dark locks down and poker straight with a matching chunky ring.
And Shayk completed the look with some beige Chritian Louboutin heels with their iconic red soles.

The model, who is dating footballer Cristiano Ronaldo, showed off her toned physique and glowing skin to dramatic effect as she mingled with the other beauties at the event.

But Irina also made sure she made time for the birthday boy himself and was seen toasting the jewellery mogul and diamond specialist.
The 27-year-old enjoyed some champagne with him as he looked delighted during his birthday celebrations.
He wore an all white linen suit as he unwound for the evening in the dramatic setting at Porto Cervo.
